About Ben:
Sacramento native Ben Wood has been playing drums professionally since he was 19 years old. From 2012-2014, Ben was touring full time with a band called The Seeking. From 2014 to 2016, he taught full-time at Music Lab in Rocklin. In early 2017, Ben moved to Nashville to diversify his music career with more touring, teaching and more recently opening Music Lab Nashville. Currently, he balances teaching, touring with artists such as Trea Landon and Halle Kearns, and running Music Lab Nashville.
